Kidzeboo provides these guidelines on Account Protection to help Users ("You", "Your") of this Kidzeboo web site (the "Site") avoid account misuse and/ or minimise threat of identity theft.
Kidzeboo works continuously to protect and ensure protection of your personal information and asks that You follow these guidelines to help Kidzeboo protect your account from unauthorised access.
Protecting Your Account
When you open a Kidzeboo Account you must create a unique User Name and Password for your account.
Your Account User Name
Your User Name must conform to a minimal security check and consist of a minimum of five (5) characters containing only alpha and numeric (A-za-z0-9) characters. Symbols and special characters cannot be used and will not be recognised as a part of your unique User Name.
Account log in is only possible with the correct combination of Kidzeboo User Name and matching Kidzeboo Account Password.
Your Account Password
Your Kidzeboo Account Password must conform to a minimal security check and consist of a minimum of six (6) characters containing at least one (1) Uppercase (A-Z) and one (1) numeric (0-9) character.
Your Kidzeboo Account Password is encrypted once you register your Kidzeboo Account.
Kidzeboo encrypts your password using dynamically generated keys to prevent unauthorised decryption and added security.
Encryption prevents password "sniffing" or "scraping" as your Kidzeboo Account Password cannot be accessed or sent to your email account or to an alias or system attempting to "sniff" or otherwise masquerade as a User.
In the event that you forget your Kidzeboo Account Password, have logged in but wish to Change My Kidzeboo Account Password, or have repeatedly failed to respond correctly to your Kidzeboo Account Security Question and your account has been subsequently blocked. You will be required to Reset Your Password.
Reset Passwords are not sent by email but are encrypted immediately once identity has been confirmed to maximise account security and protection.
For these reasons, please remember, you must NEVER share your Kidzeboo Account Password with anyone.
It is also NOT recommended to use the same password and log in details for several or all of your online accounts such as iTunes, eBay, Office, GMail, OneDrive, etc. This is because should one of your services become compromised or accessed by others, then in so long as you use the same log in credentials, access could also be gained to your other accounts as well.

Fake or spoof emails, as they are also known, attempt to disguise themselves and look as though they are sent from well-known companies.
Fake emails usually claim that your account details have been changed or deleted or request that you confirm them. They can often inform you of a serious issue with your account which promotes an initial reaction to click a link and check that your account is not affected or been compromised.
The individuals who send fake emails deliberately attempt to create fear or panic in the hope that you will reply or click on various links in the email so that you will be directed to a fake web site that looks like the actual company web site and then provide personal information like credit card, bank account or Social Security numbers, as well as passwords and confirmation to security credentials.
If you receive an email claiming to be from Kidzeboo informing you of a problem with your account or requesting details from you then you should:
1. Log into My Kidzeboo Account.
Once logged into My Kidzeboo Account go to My Messages.
2. Select From Kidzeboo.
If the email cannot be seen in the From Kidzeboo section of your Inbox then the email was not sent by Kidzeboo and you should report this email immediately.
